Two Injured in Plane Crash in Minnesota
Emergency crews responded to the scene of a plane crash in Minnesota on Tuesday, where two people were injured.
The plane, a small, single-engine aircraft, crashed in a field near the town of Princeton, about 45 miles north of Minneapolis. The two people on board, the pilot and a passenger, were taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is investigating the crash. The FAA said in a statement that the plane was registered to a private owner in Wisconsin. The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) is also investigating the crash.
The NTSB said in a statement that it is sending a team of investigators to the scene of the crash. The NTSB will investigate the cause of the crash and make recommendations to prevent similar crashes in the future.
